It's understandable how difficult is for we most students to achieve our goals when it comes to learning or doing two things together.
The Key To Succeed:
We should stop trying to do everything at 100% everyday and Instead use a Systems Based Approach.
Instead of we treating school work and code journey as two separate worlds, we should find where they overlap because the brain has a limited battery, so everything needs to be schedule.
Quick Observation: Use your morning or right after nap for the hardest task
Don't overwork yourself with task and keep track record of everything you do. By the end of the week, there would be a well detailed summary and from there you would be able to see where there's need for correction & better timing.
