Maybe it's the quarantine talking, but I can't help to think that 90% of these frameworks and approaches can just be replaced by fostering a culture where people:
don't assume things that don't fall 100% on their domain are somebody else's problem
talk to and listen to their co-workers
think at least a little bit about the bigger picture from time to time
