adding data to a calc / excel-spreadsheed - ideas

dear friends

this allmost drives me nuts. i need to add the data to the excel this is a dataset - derived out of my following-list at twitter.

it contains alltogehter 730 records _ and i want to store it in excel - but how to do that - how to store the whole dump in excel
