@gogi2811 perhaps you are already A+ :)
Did you know that imposter syndrome disproportionately affects high-achieving people (I looked up your profile )?
BTW, A+ developer is not to be confused with cowboy coder. I highly value people that are high achievers, but still humble and understand not only their strength but also weaknesses (everyone, even A+, will have weaknesses).

Becoming A+ kind is a life long journey -- it's the life style, not the skill. Just don't force yourself into this life if this is not something that excites you.

If you have not started doing it, create your public github account (here is mine for example github.com/echowaves), start attending local or virtual meetups of likeminded geeks, write some articles on dev.io or start your personal blog, start expressing your personal opinions about the work you do (even if some people disagree -- specially if some people disagree), make it constructive . These are the things that worked for me in the past. I guess, I'm not really an Engineer any more (I'm a manager), but I used to be pretty good at coding (hopefully other people could refer to me as A+ type in the past, but you'd better ask them about it).

I really don't know what'll work for.
If anyone has any suggestions, or wants to share personal stories -- please do not hesitate.

Thank you for the elaborate response.
I need to carve out that path for myself.
I tend to get lazy in the process but no more.
Its important now that I give my time and energy to get better.
Thank you
