and I are working on a simple slack bot Wowwlr that allows recognizing your colleagues (on-site or remote) for anything you like: for help in some specific issue, hour at a gym, for an inspiration to others. Been using this at AlphaSense for a few months and seeing engagement growing + bits of useful info are shared and can be read in a weekly digest.
