Stats regarding the use of maintainers in Helm repos

Here's some random stats about the popularity of the maintainers YAML property in the Helm charts in the stable and incubator repos.

Stable charts
Total charts: 285
Maintainers set in 214 charts (75%).

Incubator charts
Total charts: 63
Maintainers set in 42 charts (66%).

The vast majority, if not all, of the charts without maintainers are deprecated.

I'm not sure if the maintainers property is mandatory to get into this repository. Given the high adoption rate, it would make sense if it was.
