Due to our very limited resources and tight deadlines, documentation is often rushed and doesn’t always meet quality standards, I’m concerned that this will lead to change orders and delays. Are there any services that can quickly identify critical issues before construction begins?

There was a case involving a rental space where the project was rushed to meet the deadline, and some decisions were essentially figured out as the design process was underway, as a result, minor but critical inconsistencies began to appear in the drawings, which could easily have led to rework on-site and additional costs, to avoid entering construction with these risks, we conducted a Constructability Review which allowed us to quickly identify key issues and understand where the project was not ready for implementation. This enabled us to quickly identify critical errors in the documentation, improve the coordination of decisions, and reduce the risk of costly changes.
