Yes, stricte for backend these two are most popular in enterprise, although not often used by beginner fullstack, and not in startups. Development in Java or .NET are much more expensive and rather user in very large companies.
So many stacks to choose from my preference is MERN and Python + Django.

We humbly would like to put schemafreesql into the mix. A cloud database emphasizing rapid application development with a SQL like query language. Self-hosted version in the works, integrates with most any sql databases. Simple json/HTTPS API easily fits into any stack
