I've been struggling a little bit in my company to have a definition of what we are doing so we came up with this definition for our role:
"Our mission is to be completely pointless in 4 years".
But what are we doing? Helping other teams (mainly frontend) grow and mature.
I think the role of Developer Advocate is better suited for this (and sustainable, otherwise I'll be jobless in 4 years ahaha).
