Professional : Today was a good day. I got a coworker to test the project I've been working on and building. Good news is that they were able to get everything working on the first try! Now, while I'm on break (they are in Europe), they can test it out more and give me feedback. I responded to some community questions. Spent the rest of the day compiling all the stuff I done so far for the end of the year review.
Personal : Got a lot done last night. I modified the 3D model and got it ready to print. I got all the social media posts ready for the projects I'm picking up on Bandcamp. I also worked on the client dashboard. I applied the CSS from the demo application that AI created. The client dashboard now will pull the items for that client from Firestore. I modified the Stripe webhook server to have an endpoint for testing. That way, I can make changes and test them without modifying the production endpoint.
I printed the model I worked on last night and it came out really good. Next is to add one more feature and it'll be ready to print in the filament color that I want for the prototype and print on it with the UV printer. It's the final item that I want to show the client. So close. I've got like 5 items to show them. The place I'll show them is the dashboard I've been building. So tomorrow is Thanksgiving. My plan is to spend the day in the workshop finalizing the prototype and get the dashboards ready to present everything. Since I'll be off till Monday, there will be no posts here. I'll still be doing the radio show on Saturday at https://kNOwBETTERHIPHOP.com and the study sessions at https://untilit.works. About to eat dinner, then work on the radio show, this 3D model and the client dashboard. I'm hoping to get the listing of the item, shopping cart, and ordering working tonight. We'll see!
