Professional : Today went by SUPER quick! Had a meeting with some coworkers. I went to respond to some community questions and did some research to try and find answers. Today was the deadline to submit my end of year review. I compiled a list of things I did with some outcomes starting from last weeks. It took me a little while longer than I wanted to organize everything and get it ready to put into the form on the site. Plus, I had to write some other stuff on how I felt I fulfilled certain values. These types of questions are always difficult for me to answers because they are based on feelings. haha I post the things I was able to accomplish this year and tied hard numbers to them.
Personal : Last night, I did everything needed for my web applications (added the clients to the site so they can log in, small tweaks to some wording, etc) besides taking product photos, and getting everything entered into the dashboard and Stripe. I got the social media posts ready for the projects I will pick up on Bandcamp. I started to put together tracks for the radio show. I also did some more research on the pricing for the items that I created for the clients.
I took the product photos. Took a little longer that I wanted, but I got them. I then uploaded some to Google Gemini and asked it to create a report to help me determine the price to charge the client and give an estimated price that they could charge fans. It researched a bunch of websites and came back with a pretty in-depth analysis. I'm going to go through it and finalize my cost and get everything uploaded to the site. My plan is to email the client on Saturday with the link so they can log in and check things out. I am sooooo close, I feel like I can touch it. haha Going to eat dinner, then work on the radio show for tomorrow, Saturday (check it out at https://kNOwBETTERHIPHOP.com ) and then get back to work on these dashboards. I think on Sunday, during the study sessions at https://untilit.works I'll be able to get back to another project that I wanted to launch and reach out to some folks to try it out in the new year. I almost have the Web application done and the equipment that I was waiting on to come in is here. Thinking about the report that I just had Google Gemini compile, it might be good to do something similar for this other project. Hmmmm Oh and I also need to fix one of my printers and set up another one that came in. Going to be a busy time going into the new year. Hoping the set up work will pay off in 2026. I'm out!
