Professional : Another pretty chill day. Had a catch up session with my team members. It was good to see what everyone is up to. Spent the rest of the day working on a new demo starter application using a new model that was released just yesterday. I refactored another project to use the new model and use case. The new model is multimodal so I'm passing it images from a video call. I got it to the point of the application starting up, running the setup script and serving the pages. I got to the point of fixing some CSS issues to make sure things look okay. I have not actually tested the model yet.
Personal : Last night, I got distracted by the release of the new model and doing a bunch of research on it. I even thought of a new application I could offer with my side business. I did get to put together the playlist and started working on the social media posts.
Got distracted again. haha Learned about a way I could add some functionality I've been looking into for a while for an application I made for my business. I'm off next week so I'll try and integrate it along with a bunch of things on my to-do list. Going to finish up the prep work for the radio show and maybe jump back into this application I was working on earlier so I can quickly post it so that my coworkers can test it out for me while I'm out. My goal for next week is to get a bunch of stuff done for my side business and set up things for the rest of the year going into 2027 and rest a little. So yeah, no posts next week.
