and honestly, half the job isn’t “building software”

it’s:
figuring out where things are breaking
why leads go cold
why teams stop using the tools they already have

so instead of adding more complexity, we’ve been focusing on:
simple systems that people actually use

right now we’re building products around crm, pos, inventory, and project management all aimed at making day-to-day operations less messy and more trackable ()
