Looks similar to Nova (trevordmiller.com/projects/nova). But font colors are a bit more bright. Looks nice. I'm going to try it out. Shame there ain't a VSC icon pack.
Update: Double shame the author hasn't publish that theme to the VSC extension store. I don't like filling my computer with git repos all over the place and having to check for updates manually.
