What did you enjoy most about this post?
How did it make you feel?
How has it changed the way you view CSS?
That's a fantastic analogy! I never thought of CSS as such a good metaphor for human interaction. Isn't it fascinating how the digital world can mirror our real-world experiences.
I especially love the idea of margins as invisible force fields. We truly are masters of spacing ourselves, whether it's in a crowded room or a virtual chat.
Perhaps we could take this a step further: Consider the concept of z-index in the context of social dominance or assertiveness. Or how overflow: hidden might relate to our tendency to suppress certain emotions.
Keep the insightful posts coming! I'm eager to see how you'll continue to unravel the emotional side of web development
Yup!
We're going to come to that in the following weeks.
I can't wait to share with everyone either.
Thank you!
It made me feel emotional 😊
I love this. It is so simple and easy to understand. Thanks for the free lecture
I'm so glad to hear this.
This is the goal actually.
And you're welcome!
Learning this is added insight to what I already know about CSS. In truth, CSS is more than making websites look pretty.
Love it!!
I never considered the box model as a metaphor for personal space, but it makes perfect sense.
IKR!
I've always been intimidated by coding, but this post has changed that. It's shown me that even something as seemingly complex as CSS can be understood through human concepts.
Woww, this is touching.
My goal is to make coding concepts very relatable so that people can "experience" them on a daily basis
