I'm always working to improve the requirements tools that me and my coworkers use to gather and track needs from users. I have freedom to choose one tool or another. So I was wondering what people here uses, if you chose a tool or not, and what would you use if you could choose a tool or several tools today.

Hi Neil, thanks for your answer. I work in several simultaneous projects, but everyone of them is small.
The post intention was to gather names of tools, to start researching. Do you know any tool to mention?
