THE BLANKET started as $1/month protection for seniors: GPS location the family can see, SOS that texts your guardian, health and medication profiles, a red Emergency Tag for paramedics, and a printable wallet card. That's live today, and our first customer is already activated.
But today we mapped out where this is really going. Here's all of it, in the open.
The medallion
A small Bluetooth wearable, worn around the neck or on the shoulder, close to the heart. It streams heartbeat and breathing straight to the phone. It carries THE BLANKET logo. It's sold separately — not part of the $1/month plan. And if you already wear a smartwatch, you don't need it: the watch does the job.
Glucose, in the same app
We're reaching out to the glucose-monitor companies — starting with the small, hungry ones — to feed glucose data into THE BLANKET. One family screen: heart, breathing, glucose, steps, location, SOS. Together at last.
Steps, translation, and the phone you already hold
The phone counts your steps. It translates any language live — hear or speak to anyone. That's also a scam-fighter: scammer calls in Spanish, grandma hears English.
An accessibility suite
The phone becomes eyes and ears. For blind users: it senses obstacles, moving cars, sidewalks, red and green lights. For deaf users: it flashes red and green light signals and transcribes speech — a whole language without a single sound. Nothing extra to buy, nothing to learn.

We've asked the Muse team to power this on the phone, and we're inviting Claude and Gemini too. Whoever joins us gets recognition across everything THE BLANKET becomes.
Watching over the pacemaker itself
The medallion will watch for pacemaker malfunction and alert beforehand — for the millions of heart patients, a warning before failure is everything.
Nearest hospital, nearest vet
Wherever you walk, the app shows the closest hospital with a direct emergency connect — the big brother of the SOS button. And it's for animals too: GPS tracking for pets, automatic location updates, and the nearest vet on screen. That includes support animals — the app watches the blind person and their guide dog together. One blanket for both.
Watches and doorbells
Apple Watch, Android watches, and Ring doorbells join the system. The watch on the wrist, the Ring on the door — the body and the house, both covered.
An open call
We're a small company, and we're starting with the hungry ones — small sensor makers, indie AI hackers, open-source builders. If you need us like we need you, let's talk: ai@globalreserch.com.
The big guys are on notice too. This post is the record: we told you.
