Fetch (curl) your Public IP address from CLI with ifconfig.co/ip

New tool to fetch your Public IP from the CLI.

curl ifconfig.co/ip (same as curl ifconfig.co).

There are some other features too:
curl ifconfig.co/json returns City, State, ISP etc.
