Should i learn PHP or Node.js for server-side

Hello Guys, am Emmanuel (a.k.a Emmanrl)
this is just a short post about 10 - 15sec read

So i need an advice and i don't wanna post it on stackoverflow. I wanna ask if i should learn php for server-side or node.js, because i want to start new this 2021 and i don't want any REGRETS.

Just go with node.js, currently, PHP is almost outdated.

Go and Rust for Backend.

There are also Elm, ReasonML, and Elixir. Mostly with functional programming in mind.
