Hello, I'm Emre a self taught developer from Türkiye. I'm 19 and I've been coding since I'm 12. I always thought creating my own website/application would be hard and wouldn't worth my effort. So I started freelancing at the age of 16 and helped lots of startups build and publish their Websites, Rest API's, Mobile Applications etc. A week ago, I decided to create my own mobile application for downloading videos/audios from Youtube and Instagram (more platforms in future). Normally I use React Native for client side code, Node.js or Python for server side code. But this time, I considered learning something new and wrote the client side in Kotlin (Jetpack Compose) and server side in Golang (Gin framework). I will soon be publishing the app to Google Play Store. I know, there are lots of similar apps in this concept so I wanted to hear your thoughts on the app and the concept in general.
P.S: I used yt-dlp for Youtube and chromedp for Instagram.
