I normally write them from scratch but I’d like to build a few more quickly.

You`re welcome. What type template you are planning to use ? I mean there solution like- Full Stack Solution, Frontend markup template.
Some of your feedback might be helpful for me.

I have small team and we are developing template to save other developer time.
I started from here-

Ready UI Design and Markup- To save the developer time, I hired designer to design all the common and some of unique components so devs can use pre made professional readymade markup code with tailwind css.
Here is the example- tailwindkits.vercel.app/
We are working on it and not finish yet. Hopefully in few month I will come up with something good
Full Stack Solution- I have also started to create full stack solution template using MERN Stack. Already has 2 templates(Job portal solution and classified ads listing solution). Hopefully coming with more soon.
