Have you heard of the notion Scrum of Scrums? I bet you have if you work in a large organization. If not - it's time to consider this agile methodology which can be used even in large companies.
The thing is, a Scrum team should have 5-9 members on average to be a success. One might think that this Scrum team method can only be used by small startups. But it's not true. Even a large organization can have Scrum teams on board.
