# Preface:
This is the fifth book I've finished reading in 2023. Recently, I've enjoyed reading books other than programming. I especially like to look into legal issues, whether it's intellectual property rights or AI-related legal provisions. So, I looked for related books.
This book appeared, and after looking at the relevant chapters, they were quite interesting. I couldn't help but finish reading the related articles, and I also hope to understand the relevant thinking patterns in law through this book.

# Thoughts:

Many advanced technological developments cannot avoid the restrictions of various national regulations. Many times, what limits you is not development capabilities, not product creativity, but often the difficulty of related regulations. Therefore, I believe that understanding the differences in many related regulations in advance can give more space to many creative ideas and accelerate commercial development.
It is not necessary for the software engineering team not to know the law. I believe that in terms of creative ideas and business expansion, if the development and idea team can better understand some basic legal provisions.
