The chatbot now better understands and matches user queries to your WooCommerce products, even in complex catalogs. This means fewer "I couldn’t find that" moments and more accurate, context-aware responses.
2. Conversation Persistence Across Pages
Users can now maintain their chat history as they navigate your site. No more starting over when switching between product pages, blog posts, or checkout. Context stays intact, making interactions feel more natural.
âš¡ Model Optimization: Same Quality, Lower Cost
We’ve been benchmarking recent smaller AI models (like GPT-4 Mini) and found they perform just as well as their larger counterparts for most chatbot use cases—while cutting token costs by ~50%.
As a result:
- Our demo sites now default to GPT-4 Mini.
- You can still choose any supported model (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral) in large or mini variants—whatever fits your budget and needs.
