PDF to Word or edit in the browser — how I choose

When a form asks for a Word file, converting is obvious. When you only need to change a date or cover a line, conversion is slower than editing the PDF.

My rule:

• Long rewrite → PDF to Word
• Small fix on a text PDF → PDF Editor (no account wall)
• Scanned pages → expect overlays, not perfect text reflow

After edits, if a portal has a size limit, Compress PDF.
