Why is my phone not charging even when it’s plugged in?
This is exactly what was running through my head one night when my phone got stuck at 3%. The charger was connected. The outlet was fine. Yet, nothing happened.
At first, I thought that the phone was dead. Then, I blamed it on the battery. For a moment, I even considered getting a new phone. But after cooling off and checking things in order, one important thing came to my mind. Most phone charging problems are small and fixable.
