I've had friends go off and tell me about their newest adventures with a new position. Then they mention a handful of details that would clash with my personal culture.
A good example might be, I'm a commandline & CLI person. Front-End, webdev, Windows, GUI-based tools ... if that's a primary focus for a position, I definitely won't be happy or productive.
