Forlinx, a leading embedded solutions provider, is excited to announce the release of the FET-MA35-S2 System on Module, based on the Nuvoton NuMicro® MA35D1 series.

The MA35D1 series is renowned in high-end industrial control, edge IoT gateways, and HMI applications. Forlinx's FET-MA35-S2 module builds on this success, offering enhanced development ease.

It features two 64-bit ARM® Cortex-A35 cores at 800MHz and an ARM Cortex-M4 core at 180MHz. The compact LCC+LGA (48mm×40mm) package has 260 pins, including 4 CAN-FD, 17 UART, 2 Ethernet, and 8 ADC interfaces, ensuring flexibility and expandability. Rigorously tested in Forlinx labs, it guarantees stability.

Security is top-notch with TSI, TrustZone, secure boot, and encryption accelerators. Key storage and OTP memory protect data.
