I agree with you. Personal life is more important than work. I love what I do (Iβm a developer, too) and I spend my spare time coding and deepen my knowledge. So, in my case, passion and work go hand-in-hand. But even under these circumstances, I want that after 6PM I do what I want. That βwhat I wantβ will still be 90% related to development, but that must be something I decide.
