Angular && React have changed as they are constantly getting updated and have their own differences/complexity. For example, how to consume properties, store data, etc...
I would recommend ReactJS among the two as it is widely used. If you have JS fundamental mastered, it should be a problem for you to pick any of these easily to include the newer libs like SvelteJS and VueJS.
