My goal with this is a small in size tflite file that can:
get initial recognition done faster
detect other languages without a larger file
with the small size get recognition done locally on a phone or in theory on a
low powered iot device
As for a use case a, a phone, iot device, or any device that does not have a fast consistent internet connection.
