The New Face of Polish Integration: Systemic Changes and Education

The article advocates a shift from superficial appeals for tolerance to deep systemic reforms in Poland. Drawing on the work of Glenn Loury, the author argues that integration is not a matter of morality, but of efficient administration and equitable institutions. A key battleground for combating stigmatization is schools, which should have intercultural assistants and infrastructure that supports diversity.
