I’m not a big fan of conferences but among others — ViteConf, of course — viteconf.org/. Where else can you find such an amount of clever innovative persons and ideas.
Well, if you ask 😅 that’s rather personal than anything significantly reasonable. When I get to any conference I can’t help listening eagerly to (or participating in) all the talks and I get pretty damn exhausted by the end of the day. On the other hand, most of the minor local events are pretty boring and most of the major conferences are just vanity fairs these days with obvious insights and merchandising conversations. All in all, I had found that I’d rather listen to interesting stuff asynchronously if possible and network with folks in a more targeted way. I defo loose something this way, but I also acquire — more mental and physical health as a least.
Makes sense, sounds like a good compromise 👍. I like to go to a conference from time to time just to get out from my usual settings, travel, network with people and find out more about new tech.

Pretty interesting topics and speakers, thanks! I am curious, why aren't you a big fan of conferences?
