I got logged out of my investment account and support won’t answer anymore

Everything seemed fine with this investment platform until I tried withdrawing part of my balance last week. Before that, the account manager replied quickly every time I had questions and the dashboard kept showing steady profits almost every day. Honestly, I thought I finally found a legit trading platform after getting burned before.

The problems started right after my withdrawal request was submitted.

First the withdrawal stayed pending longer than usual, then I suddenly got logged out of the account completely. When I tried signing back in, the website kept saying my password was incorrect even though I know it wasn’t. I reset it twice and still couldn’t get access back.

I emailed support multiple times and at first they claimed the account was under temporary review because of “security verification.” After that, they completely stopped replying. No updates, no response from the account manager, nothing. The strange part is I’m still receiving automated emails saying my investment profits are increasing daily, even though I can’t log into the account anymore.

I searched online for “locked out of investment account after withdrawal” and “broker stopped responding after login issue” and found a lot of people describing similar situations with forex and crypto investment scams. Someone in another discussion mentioned Jim Recovery Team while talking about inaccessible trading accounts and frozen withdrawals, so I contacted them mainly to help trace whether the platform and wallet activity had already been connected to previous fraud complaints.

At this point I honestly don’t even know if the balance I was seeing was real or just numbers on a fake dashboard. The timing of losing access right after trying to withdraw feels way too suspicious.
