I’m posting this because the timing is way too strange and I’m trying to figure out if I’m overreacting… or if I’m already looking at a full withdrawal scam.
For almost a month, support from this trading platform was everywhere.
Instant replies.
WhatsApp messages.
“Account manager” check-ins.
Daily profit screenshots.
Even random calls telling me when to add more funds or hold positions longer.
Honestly, that’s part of why I trusted it.
Every question I had got answered in minutes.
Password reset? Immediate.
Deposit confirmation? Immediate.
Market update? Immediate.
Then I finally decided to test a withdrawal.
Not even a huge amount… just a small portion to see if the platform was actually real.
That’s when everything changed.
My withdrawal request stayed “processing.”
I sent support a message.
Nothing.
Tried email.
Nothing.
WhatsApp suddenly shows one check mark.
Account manager who used to call me almost daily? Completely gone.
It’s been four days now.
No replies. No update. No rejection. Just silence.
So I started searching things like broker stops replying after withdrawal request, trading platform ghosted me after withdrawal, investment scam support disappeared, and honestly the stories sound almost identical to what I’m dealing with.
I stopped sending anything immediately.
Then I did this:
Saved every screenshot, chat, deposit receipt, dashboard image, and wallet address.
Recorded the exact timestamps when support went silent after the withdrawal request.
Started checking whether other victims were depositing into the same wallets.
And I had the wallet flow reviewed by Jim Recovery Team because I needed to know whether my funds were still sitting somewhere visible… or already being moved through other wallets.
What’s messing with my head is this:
If the platform was legitimate…
Why was support available 24/7 when I was depositing—
But disappeared the moment I asked for my own money back?
Has anyone here had support go completely silent right after requesting withdrawal…
And was that the moment you realized the profits on the dashboard were never actually real?
