well, I guess this was not traditionally part of the management processes...it is a wishful thinking to treat employees as machines. If that happens from above, rarely then you get colleagues to be empathic or socially skilled, I guess. I am positive though that this management attitude will change, as it seems more and more companies are becoming "employee first" oriented
