Since its launch in August 2025, the Global National Investment Capability Assessment Program (GNICAP) has drawn over 100 participants from multiple countries and regions. Through four systematic phases — Eligibility Review, Capability Assessment, Elimination Rounds, and now Terminal Evaluation — the program has identified 10 representatives who demonstrated exceptional long-term investment logic, disciplined risk management, and consistent decision-making quality.

The champion must satisfy a dual-victory condition: rank first in composite performance AND receive the highest public trust vote — reflecting the Global National Investment Capability Assessment Program (GNICAP)'s belief that true investment capability requires both results and trust.
