I made Monk Mode, a macOS app for people who keep losing 5 minutes to “just checking” feeds.
It blocks the stuff that quietly eats your day:

It stays out of the way until you need it, then gets strict when you try to open the rabbit hole.
I built it because I kept noticing that the real problem was not work, it was feeds. Once the feed is gone, getting back to work is a lot easier.
