Really enjoyed your piece on AI Search Analytics, this is exactly the kind of thinking we need more of in the wild. I built a tool (ScrumBuddy) using Claude AI precisely to tame chaos: ideas → backlog → UI → backend → GitHub PR. One thing I learned is that solving a real problem for yourself often uncovers patterns and metrics you didn’t think to track until they bite you. What you’re doing with brand mentions, GEO splits, and competitor visibility is super useful, because these are exactly the blind-spots most folks don’t see until the dashboards go dark.

What stands out is not just that you suggest building pipelines to monitor visibility, but that you do so in a way that can be shared and generalized. One thing I’d feed into your journey: when you build out these analytics pipelines, guard the data flow early. Make sure your context sources are stable (same entity names, consistent content structure), and version your “mention contexts” so you can trace back WHY an AI assistant picked your brand in one response vs didn’t in another. That traceability builds trust.

Glad you shared this. The more people build and share tools like this, the more everyone’s ability to meet their own visibility and discovery problems improves.
