Anthropic has officially filed for an IPO under the ticker ANT, disclosing financial metrics that show first-half 2026 revenue surging to $16.3 billion.

The filing details an operating loss of $693 million alongside an $80.7 billion net loss driven largely by convertible debt adjustments, while outlining a governance structure granting seven co-founders 50.1% voting control.

According to the documents filed by Anthropic, the company intends to trade under the ticker symbol “ANT.” The financials show a significant increase in revenue, which reached $16,3 billion for the first half of 2026, from $1,2 billion in the same period last year. At the same time, operating losses decreased to $693 million, while net losses amounted to $80,7 billion, mainly due to accounting adjustments related to convertible debt. The company notes that it may not achieve or maintain its profitability in the future.

Who are her customers?

By the end of September, Anthropic had more than 11.900 customers who spend at least $100.000 annually. In addition, it had 1.900 customers with annual spends of more than $1 million and about 250 customers who spend more than $10 million.

The company's control

Anthropic’s seven co-founders — Dario Amodei, Daniela Amodei, Tom Brown, Jack Clark, Jared Kaplan, Sam McCandlish and Christopher Olah — will collectively control 50,1% of shareholder voting power through a special group. A long-term benefit foundation created in 2023 will have the power to appoint most board members.
