Salesforce announced AIforce at Dreamforce, linking platform data and workflows with Claude and Slack through new applications including Claudeforce, Slackforce, and an accompanying development plug-in for Claude Code.
The system leverages natural language instructions to create dynamic interfaces, replacing the exclusive use of predefined tables. The initial release includes three core applications: Claudeforce, Slackforce, and Agentforce Coworker.
Claudeforce is the result of Salesforce’s expanded partnership with Anthropic and includes 37 pre-installed capabilities for sales tasks, from prospecting to opportunity management. In addition, the Claude Code software development add-on offers over 40 additional tools. The app has already been piloted by Deloitte, GitLab, and Legora, and is now available in beta for all customers.
Slackforce brings Salesforce data directly into Slack conversations and daily workflows. Through interactive surfaces, teams can combine information from different sources, apply filters, and take actions. Meanwhile, the upgraded Slackbot assistant and Slack CRM feature allow for file updates and record creation with simple text commands.
