𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝟭𝟬.
But the number isn't the story. How it got there is.
It started at 7. Dropped to 4. Climbed back to 8, then 9 and then it sat at 9 for months. No movement. No reason I could see.
Here's what most people get wrong about this score : they think it's just your public star rating. It isn't.
The Success Score is built from things you barely see:
1) The private feedback a client leaves after the order answers you never get to read.
2) How you communicate inside the chat: how fast you reply, how clearly you set expectations.
3) Whether clients come back.
4) And whether they were genuinely happy not just the stars they left in public.
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁. A 4.8 public rating can still sit on a low score if the private feedback tells a different story.
So I stopped watching the number and went back to the only thing I control the client. Every message answered properly. Every expectation set before the work started. Every order even the small ones treated like it was the one that mattered.
This week, it moved to 10.
The lesson wasn't "work harder." It was quieter take care of the person on the other side of the chat, consistently, and the number eventually catches up. That flat stretch where nothing seems to move is usually the last stretch before it does.
And to every client who trusted me to get here thank you. The score has my name on it, but it's really yours.
