After comparing these five platforms, I came away with one conclusion: there isn't a universal winner. The best deployment platform depends on what you're building.
If you're working primarily with Next.js, I'd lean towards Vercel. If you want a mature managed platform for production workloads, Render is a great option.
But if I were starting a new project today, Kuberns would be my first choice.
