The agency I work in has UK, US and Canadian clients so I work from 2 PM till 11 PM, that's 9 hours but we have lots of breaks like prayers, dinners and what not. I wake up at about 11 AM, do a good one hour workout and make breakfast, start going to office at 1 PM and listen to audiobook on the way to office.
After reaching the office, making coffee and settling in, it is 2 PM. Well, I don't take a lot of breaks TBH but I think I should. My head hurts today because of it and our CEO told us to take breaks too.
Hey, what do you think about a browser extension for Pomodoro Technique? I've got experience with developing browser extensions. We can create an open source project and collaborate.
No problem, looked into your profile, you're a senior developer already. Maybe you could refer someone else? I mean a junior developer like me. I can do it on my the project on my own but I'd much prefer collaboration based project because I'm sure it will have more exposure and a lot to learn!
I'll let you know whenever I make progress with it and release it on Chrome Store. Here is my Linkedin. No pressures though, have a great day!

Do you know about what Pomodoro Technique is?
Yes, I do. And it might be helpful setting these time slots when you have trouble taking a break.
Ahan, yeah makes sense. Thanks for the tip man!
One tool that helps is a virtual or even physical timer, like this:

Interesting idea. Unfortunately, I'm already very busy with all my side projects, so I would be in serious trouble if I started another one. Sorry :-)
