Repo visibility

My app loads the json files from my repo that is hosted on Github. It has been working pretty well the last year or so, which is great.

Yesterday out of the blue I changed the visibility of my repo from public to private, and then I noticed that my app could no longer load the json files.

Change it back to public, it works again. So don't do that.
