Why a conversation is not a file

Conversations contain unfinished decisions, changing assumptions, and relationships between people. Treating them as static files loses the part that makes them useful. Klik explores how conversation can remain living context for later work.

The design question is practical: can retained context help someone prepare work without silently taking ownership of decisions? For Klik, the intended answer is a workflow that makes context inspectable, keeps permissions explicit, and leaves meaningful decisions with the person.

This is an early product direction rather than a claim of autonomous operation. We are looking for concrete workflows where continuity, reviewability, and safe follow-through matter.
