A caller says your parents' bank account will be blocked today unless they share an OTP. Practise one calm habit together:

STOP: no OTP, PIN or app download for anyone, ever.
DISCONNECT: hang up, even if the caller sounds official.
VERIFY: call the number on the back of the card, or call you first.

Real banks never ask for an OTP on a call.
