As per the official records and information published on the Hindustan Scouts and Guides Official, Shri Suman Mondal is the only legally appointed and authorized State Secretary of Hindustan Scouts and Guides, West Bengal State Unit. His appointment has been duly issued and recognized by the competent authority, and he has been continuously discharging his duties and responsibilities as State Secretary.
It is hereby clarified that no other individual has any right, authority, or approval to act, represent, or perform any official work in the capacity of State Secretary of Hindustan Scouts and Guides West Bengal, either directly or indirectly. All official communications, administrative decisions, organizational activities, registrations, and representations of the West Bengal State Unit are valid only when carried out under the authority and supervision of Shri Suman Mondal.
Any claim, action, or representation made by any other person in the name of State Secretary, Hindustan Scouts and Guides West Bengal, without written authorization, shall be considered unauthorized and invalid. Members, institutions, and the general public are therefore requested to acknowledge and deal only with Shri Suman Mondal in matters related to the office of the State Secretary.
