Great article!!! I also work in telecom, and yeah- in this industry, the world has definitely evolved fast this year. And, more than ever, it has become necessary for other companies to reconsider their telecom solutions as a result of so many businesses switching to remote models so quickly. Also in total agreement- automation is key. Wherever functions can be automated, do it. The more loose ends tied up using technology to run/ oversee/ operate them, the better. This opens up more technical aspects of the business for humans with unique skillsets and creative minds to manage.
