Sorry but I don't agree with you as the 10 points you cited require more than only html & CSS
to create small websites you will need at least some hosting knowledge to configure the domain, upload files, etc.
same logic here, it's rare to find job related to html & css only. And if it's the case, it will be small jobs to fix few issue on existing websites.
For this one I don't agree at all. Teaching is a big word. I have a good CSS experience and still don't have the skill to teach people. Even if you can do it, earning from youtube is not easy as you need to build an audience and this require a lot of communication skills, html & CSS cannot help you build and audience
posting article will not make you earn money. A few websites pay for articles and like in (3) you need to first have enough knowledge to create original articles and a good writing skills to get paid for articles.
Here we are clearly out of the HTML & CSS world
They will for sure ask for few JS skills. You cannot be a junior Dev without at least basic JS skills and few known frameworks
For this one you don't need HTML & CSS but design skill. There is a lot of online tool to create email templates so I doubt with only html & css you can find a job to build email templates unless you have the design skill that goes with to convince clients to hire you
Not sure if you tried this one but it's not as easy as it may sounds. There are billion templates in the net so to be able to build and sell something you need strong design, UX, UI and a11y skills. HTML & CSS is only 10% of the work here. I am good at CSS and I know that I would never ever be able to build a template that I can sell
This will clearly not give any money
This is a good advice but won't give you money too
